RUWE is short for "Are You Woman Enough?", a question and a challenge faced by Kathy, a young, beautiful and busty redhead who is determined to marry the son of Janet Proudstone, the formidable matriarch of the family empire.
Kathy has been invited to a secluded location to make her case to Mrs. Proudstone herself, and ultimately to prove herself worth of her son's hand in marriage. The first test finds Kathy confronting his ex-wife Paula on the beach and tangling with the blonde in the sand and finally in the shallow water, both ladies ending up bare breasted and soaked from head to toe.
The prospective daughter-in-law wins this opening wrestling match and finds that Paula has paid the penalty for her defeat, having her pubic hair shaved off. Kathy is feeling confident as she prepares to fight Janet Proudstone herself, until the raven-haired matriarch reveals herself to be not only topless and incredibly buxom but a well-developed muscle specimen as well.
The two women wrestle furiously but Kathy is no match for Janet's strength and loses the fight. Like Paula, Kathy has to agree to pay the penalty or lose the struggle to marry into the family, and ends up with her pubic area shaved bare.
Kathy remains stubborn and challenges Janet Proudstone to another fight, a breast duel this time. Again, the redhead loses, and this time her beautiful mane of hair is sheared by Paula. Janet watches with pleasure, her own abundant black hair and largely unshaved pubic bush on display.
Will Kathy give up now? Or will the two women up the ante by waging a shocking sexual duel between a handsome older woman and her possible daughter-in-law? Will there be more shaving and haircuts in this protracted battle?
